Laundromat Manager

We are seeking a reliable, trustworthy hands-on Laundromat Manager to oversee daily operations at our modern, customer-focused laundromat.

This is a full-time salaried position, 40 hours per week, primarily Monday-Friday. After hours availability and some nights and week-ends required.

Pay: $37,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year

Responsibilities

• Managing daily operations of the laundromat

• Hiring, scheduling, and supervising staff

• Managing and resolving any customer issues or complaints

• Marketing and managing commercial laundry customers

• Purchasing, tracking, and maintaining supplies

• Overseeing machine operation and coordinating basic maintenance

• Managing three vending machines (supplies, refilling and cash collection)

• Performing light cleaning and light maintenance as needed

• Handling basic cash management and reporting for Laundry equipment

• Using spreadsheets and other tools to track expenses, schedules, and inventory

• Managing smartphone apps related to operations and payments

• Posting and engaging on social media to support the business

Requirements:

• Ability to pass extensive background check and insurance requirements

• Proven track-record of job responsibility and strong work ethic

• Basic business proficiency, including spreadsheets and cash handling

• Reliable vehicle and smartphone

• Comfortable using smartphone apps and technology

• Social media skills (posting, basic engagement, promotions)

• Mechanical aptitude and handyman skills are a plus

• Ability to work independently and problem-solve

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Experience working in Laundromats or laundry operations ideal but not required
